Bharti Airtel locates 11.2MHz spectrum in 1800 band across Karnataka, check specifications
Bharti Airtel on Monday said that it has located an additional 11.2MHz spectrum in the 1800MHz band with network software tools over the state of Karnataka to increase high-speed data .
These network software tools consists of 4G advanced, pre-5G Massive MIMO, and Carrier Aggregation to increase up high speed network range and coverage.
Earlier this week , Airtel located 5MHz spectrum in the 1800 band across Tamil Nadu to multiply and speed up capacity. It had captured few large blocks of 1800MHz and 900MHz spectrum for the state of Tamil Nadu during auctions of spectrum that were held recently.

With the company’s latest spectrum buying, Airtel stated that it has a spectrum capacity of 68.8MHz in Karnataka, while the spectrum holdings 2300MHz, 2100MHz, 1800MHz, and 900MHz band that makes it apt for 5G.
