To increase customer inflow through cost reduction and expansion of mobile plan options, SK Telecom has announced that it will offer to reduce 30% of the cost on mobile plans that are available online. This new benefit does not, however, apply to offline mobile price plans.
As of now SKT will be releasing six new online-only mobile pricing plans for 5G and LTE users. In addition to the 30% lower costing, customers will also be purchasing these plans without contractual agreements. Some of the details of 5G pricing on the plans are as follows:
- 5G Untact 62- unlimited data at KRW 62,000 per month
- 5G Untact 52- 200GB data at KRW 52,000 per month
- 5G Untact 38- 9GB data at KRW 38,000 per month
The LTE plans will offer the following pricing:
- LTE Untact 48- 100GB data at KRW 48,000 per month
- LTE Untact 35- 5GB data at KRW 35,000 per month
- LTE Untact 22- 1.8GB data at KRW 22,000 per month
These plans have been developed especially for customers who want to limit physical interaction and have raised the need and concern for channels that will allow them to have continued access to SKT services.
