Reliance Industries to acquire open Telecom solution provider
Radisys Corporation an open telecom solutions provider and Reliance Industries Limited have entered into a definitive agreement for acquisition. As per the understanding, Reliance will acquire Radisys for US$1.72 per share in cash.
Headquartered in Hillsboro, Radisys provides open telecom solutions to service providers. It has nearly 600 employees with an engineering team based out of Bangalore, India, and sales and support offices globally. Radisys provides disruptive open-centric software, hardware and service capabilities that enable the migration to next-generation network topologies.

The transaction is subject to certain customary closing conditions, expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2018.
