Qualcomm sues Apple, alleging it shared chip code with Intel

Qualcomm Technologies, regarded as one of the rival of the dominating Intel Chips and Processors. As per the Bloomberg reports, this time Qualcomm has charged that Apple iPhone maker took advantage of its “unprecedented (completely unaware) access” to Qualcomm’s code to aid Intel corporations.
Qualcomm alleges that Apple has just been an ever rolling stone. It never ended the bargain in separating engineers working with both Qualcomm Technologies and Intel chips as well therefore, Apple has been a knife equally sharp on either sides. Qualcomm charges that the engineers working with Intel may have been given access to key information and ideas about its competitor’s (Qualcomm’s) technologies. It evidents that in a request from Apple for proprietary Qualcomm information, an Intel engineer was on the distribution list.
The lawsuit filed on 4 November, 2017 in San Diego court comments that there isn’t an ending to the skirmish clashes between the two rivalry companies. It all began this very year when Apple sued $1 on Qualcomm and hindered royalty payments over complaints charged by Qualcomm for technologies that they never messed up in.
Months passed and since then, Qualcomm has tried to retard the sales of iPhone in US and China against the use of wireless technology implemented inside the Apple devices. Qualcomm as also legally appealed Apple over patent infringement against the pilfering of Qualcomm technologies.
Indeed, Qualcomm has received severe damage due to the lack of royalty payments from Apple Inc. Still, Qualcomm reported its earnings, which beat analyst expectations even when the company’s profit dropped 90 percent every year.
