The 91st episode of Mann Ki Baat, the prime minister’s monthly radio address to the nation, aired on Sunday. The first episode of the programme aired on October 3, 2014, and a new episode is broadcasted on the last Sunday of each month.
Prime Minister Modi urged the people to visit fairs being held in different states throughout the year and asked the visitors to promote such things on their social media by using hashtags to create further awareness.
Narendra Modi also suggested the listeners to visit the ongoing fair in Himachal Pradesh by the name “Minjar Mela”
“I received a letter from Himachal’s Ashish Behel, who mentioned about ‘Minjar Mela’ celebrating maize flowers in Chamba. If you are planning to go to Chamba, I would urge you all to visit this unique endeavour,” said PM Modi
“I invite you all to tune-in to this month’s #MannKiBaat tomorrow, 31st July at 11 AM. Also sharing a booklet covering the interesting topics from last month such as India’s strides in space, glory on the sports field, Rath Yatra and more,” PM Modi tweeted on Saturday.
