Samsung’s Galaxy will soon be running the Linux Desktops

The Software engineers of Samsung have recently announced that with the help of Galaxy Smartphone’s, people will be able to operate a Linux-based desktop. The credit for the same goes to Samsung DeX Platform.
The step has been taken keeping those users in the mind that can just operate Linux using their personal computers only. An app will be developed which after installation will allow the users to run multiple operating systems, enabling developers to work with their preferred Linux-based distributions on their mobile devices. This will allow them to switch app to run any program they need to in a Linux OS .This is something which you cannot find in every smart phone.
The development of the app is still in progress but one can sign up at seap.samsung.com/linux-on galaxy for further notifications regarding the application.
If you will use Linux on Galaxy it would be far better as DeX will be enabled in it. This will help the developer to develop the ability to create content on a large screen. This can be considered as a crucial step in developing environment with all benefits of a desktop setting that could be accessed anywhere and anytime in the world.
If you want to get started with it all you need to do is to plug the Samsung Smartphone into the DeX Station , which will connect the Smartphone to an HDMI compatible monitor .Using this app the Galaxy Smartphone users will be able to browse internet , send messages and access apps. Mouse gestures and Keyboard is supported on DeX supports. This service was previously available on Windows 10 only but the company is working on the app to work on Linux as well.
