Some of the biggest celebrities in the entertainment business are appearing on Koffee With Karan season 7. The 7th edition of the chat show premiered on Hotstar recently with Sara Alia Khan joining Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh, and Janhvi Kapoor. In the most recent episode, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, who was in Pushpa, and actor Akshay Kumar arrived. Samantha made her stage debut at the contentious programme hosted by Karan Johar.
Samantha revealed a lot about her failed marriage and relationship after splitting up with actor Naga Chaitanya in October of last year. Naga Chaitanya was referred to by Karan Johar as her “husband,” and Samantha was seen correcting him. Samantha interrupted him mid-sentence and added, “ex-husband.” She added that she and Naga Chaitanya did not have a pleasant divorce. Samantha noted that since the divorce, life has been challenging.
“If you put us both in a room, you have to hide sharp objects. As of now yes, the situation is not amicable, but in the future maybe,” she added.
“I could not complain about it as I chose to reveal a lot of my life to the public. When the separation happened, I could not be too upset about it because they invested in my life and it was my responsibility to have the answers, which I didn’t have at that point. I came out of it ok.”
